These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to FinancialScoring.ai, the Simple Score Tool, public reports and content, and public contact forms operated by Financial Scoring LLC ("Financial Scoring," "we," "us," or "our").
By using the site or submitting information through the Simple Score Tool, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit information.
Professional accounts, subscriptions, Certified Scoring Analyst access, and use of the professional platform are also governed by the SaaS Agreement and any organization agreement that applies.
The site and Simple Score Tool are intended for people age 18 or older. By submitting information, you represent that you are at least 18.
The Simple Score Tool, score report, areas to review, site content, and any AI-supported output are provided for general informational and educational purposes.
They are not investment, tax, legal, accounting, credit, insurance, medical, or other professional advice. They are not an offer, solicitation, recommendation, endorsement, or guarantee of any security, insurance product, annuity, investment, account, strategy, or transaction.
Before making a financial decision, consult appropriately licensed and qualified professionals who have reviewed your complete facts, goals, risks, costs, product terms, and applicable law.
The online Simple Score Tool is preliminary and is calculated from estimates and categories you enter. It does not review your complete financial record, account statements, policy contracts, debts, tax returns, medical history, expenses, legal documents, or other facts that may affect a professional analysis.
The score may be incomplete, incorrect, or outdated if the information entered is incomplete, inaccurate, or changes. It is not a prediction or guarantee of retirement readiness, account value, income, return, tax treatment, protection, eligibility, product performance, or any other outcome.
A fuller Certified Financial Score is completed with a Certified Scoring Analyst using the professional Financial Scoring system. The CSA designation is a Financial Scoring program designation and is not a government license, degree, or independent regulatory certification.
A professional remains responsible for every license, registration, disclosure, suitability, best-interest or fiduciary, supervision, carrier, recordkeeping, and other duty that applies to that person's work. Financial Scoring does not authorize a person to recommend or sell any product.
The platform may use artificial intelligence and mathematical models to summarize entered information, explain scores, and answer questions.
AI output and models can be incomplete, wrong, or based on assumptions that do not match real events. Outputs should be reviewed by qualified people. Do not rely on an AI response as a final recommendation, compliance determination, product illustration, contract term, legal conclusion, tax conclusion, or promise.
When you submit contact information to unlock your score, you agree that Financial Scoring and, if you request it, a Certified Scoring Analyst connected through our lead-connection tool may use that information as described in the consent shown at submission and in the Privacy Notice.
Consent to contact does not require you to purchase a financial or insurance product. You may ask marketing contact to stop.
Financial Scoring may offer eligible individual professionals a 14-day free trial of specified professional-platform features. The signup flow and SaaS Agreement state the trial eligibility rules, features included, payment-method requirement, billing start, whether the trial converts automatically, renewal term, cancellation method, refund rules, and what happens to account data and access.
You agree to:
Financial Scoring and its licensors own the site, scoring systems, algorithms, software, reports, designs, text, graphics, trademarks, and other content, except for material expressly identified as belonging to another party.
Financial Scoring grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the public site and your consumer report for personal, noncommercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
No other right is granted. Professional use is governed by the SaaS Agreement.
A financial professional who contacts you may be independent from Financial Scoring. Financial Scoring does not guarantee that every professional is qualified for every service, licensed in every jurisdiction, or appropriate for your needs. Verify the professional's identity, licensing, firm, disclosures, and disciplinary history through appropriate official sources before acting.
Any product, strategy, or transaction discussed by a professional is governed by its own application, contract, illustration, disclosure, costs, exclusions, risks, and terms.
The site may contain links to third-party websites. Financial Scoring is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, products, or privacy practices.
Financial Scoring may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue part of the public site or Simple Score Tool. We do not promise that the service will always be available, error free, secure, or compatible with every device.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the public site, Simple Score Tool, reports, content, and AI-supported output are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Financial Scoring disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, accuracy, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade, to the extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Financial Scoring and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, opportunity, or financial outcome arising from or related to use of the public site, Simple Score Tool, reports, content, AI-supported output, a financial professional, or a third-party product or service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Financial Scoring's total aggregate liability arising from or related to the public site or Simple Score Tool will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). These limits apply regardless of the legal theory of liability and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Financial Scoring and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the public site or Simple Score Tool, the information you submit, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute not subject to arbitration below is the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and each party consents to their jurisdiction.
Arbitration; class-action waiver. Except for claims that qualify for small-claims court or claims for injunctive relief to protect intellectual property or confidential information, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the public site or Simple Score Tool will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted in Clark County, Nevada, or, at your election, by videoconference or based on written submissions. Each party waives any right to a jury trial or to bring or participate in a class, collective, or representative action. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@financialscoring.ai within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
We may update these Terms. The revised version will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
Questions about these Terms may be sent to support@financialscoring.ai, or through our Contact page.
