This Privacy Notice explains how Financial Scoring LLC ("Financial Scoring," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information through FinancialScoring.ai, the Simple Score Tool, contact forms, and related public services.
If you are a financial professional using the professional platform, your account and use are also governed by the SaaS Agreement and any organization agreement that applies to you.
The questionnaire is operated by Financial Scoring LLC on behalf of the financial professional or agency whose website or link you used. That agency decides how it contacts you afterwards.
When you take the free Simple Score Tool, we collect the answers you provide. These may include approximate household income, monthly savings, year of birth, desired retirement timing, housing situation, approximate credit-score range, insurance coverage type, and the broad categories where your savings are held.
The Simple Score Tool asks for ranges and categories. It does not ask for bank, brokerage, retirement-account, policy, or payment-card numbers.
To unlock your score, you may enter your name, email address, mobile phone number, and ZIP code. If you contact us, request support, or ask a question, we collect the information you enter into that form and the content of your message.
If the form asks you to confirm your phone number, we text you a six-digit code and record whether it was confirmed. We use GoHighLevel to send that message, so your phone number is shared with them for that purpose. Standard message and data rates apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or email support@financialscoring.ai.
Because GoHighLevel addresses messages to a contact rather than to a bare number, your name and email address are shared with them for that purpose as well. We also ask GoHighLevel whether our message was delivered, and if your carrier reports that the number cannot receive text messages — a landline, for example — we record that so we do not keep texting it.
We calculate and store your score from the Simple Score Tool answers you submit. We may also store your report, your areas to review, and whether you asked to be connected with a Certified Scoring Analyst.
If you create or use a professional account, the professional platform may collect account, company, licensing-role, training, subscription, billing, client-record, support, and platform-usage information.
Once a financial professional is working with you, they may keep notes about their conversations and work with you. These notes stay inside that professional's agency: the professional who wrote them and that agency's managers can read them, and they are never included when your record is reviewed by or sold to another professional. They are information about you, so asking what we hold — or asking us to delete your information — covers them too.
When you use the site or Simple Score Tool, we may collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, timestamps, general location derived from IP address, and how you moved through the site.
We use information to:
The Simple Score Tool exists to give you a clearer first look at your own finances and, if you choose, to connect you with a Certified Scoring Analyst.
If you indicate that you would like to speak with an advisor, your contact information, score, and assessment answers are made available to a Certified Scoring Analyst through our lead-connection tool. That Scoring Analyst may contact you using the information you provided.
It is sold to financial professionals — that is the point of the questionnaire, and we say so plainly. Your details, answers, and score are made available to the agency whose page you used, and that agency may make your record available — for payment, or as part of promotional offers — to one or more of the financial professionals it works with. Your answers help set that price: the quality rating derived from them, including your income and credit score ranges and the follow-ups you request, determine what a professional pays for access to your record. Before paying, professionals in that agency's network can review your answers — your income and savings, the categories your savings sit in, your year of birth, housing situation, credit score range, insurance coverage, and (if the questionnaire asked) your tax filing status and approximate home value and mortgage balance — along with your score, the quality rating derived from your answers, the follow-ups you asked for, and your ZIP code. Your name, email address, and phone number stay hidden during that review, and are released only to a professional who pays for access to your record. Notes an advisor keeps about you are not part of that review and are not included in any sale of your record. Those professionals may contact you using the details you provided.
Access to that contact information, score, and assessment answers reaches a Certified Scoring Analyst through their paid subscription to Financial Scoring. We do not sell or share your information with data brokers or advertisers, and we do not use Simple Score Tool answers to make an automated decision about credit, insurance, employment, or another eligibility decision. Your score is informational and is not a credit score.
If a financial professional is completing a Certified Financial Score with you, this section explains what happens to your information. Your advisor enters your household, income, savings and investments, insurance coverage, credit range, and related financial information — along with your name and contact details and their own notes — into the platform.
We store this information to calculate your score, generate your report, and, at your advisor's direction, help prepare an AI-assisted summary of your situation. That summary is generated by a third-party AI writing service; depending on how your advisor uses the tool, the information sent to it may include your name and contact details along with your financial information.
For this information, we act as a service provider to your advisor and their agency — they control your record and decide how it is used. Your information is not sold, and is not shared with advertisers or data brokers.
To review, correct, or delete your information, contact your advisor directly — they control your record and can instruct us to act on it. You can also contact us or email support@financialscoring.ai directly, and we will coordinate with your advisor. Report links emailed to you are protected and should be treated like the confidential document they are.
We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, operate, support, measure, communicate through, and improve the site and platform — including questionnaire-form processing, cloud file storage, AI-assisted summary generation, email delivery, and payment processing. Those providers may use information only as permitted by their agreements and applicable law.
We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a valid government request; when needed to investigate fraud, abuse, or security issues; or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Financial Scoring, users, or others.
If Financial Scoring is involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of its business, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
If you request a report, a Certified Financial Score conversation, or support, we may contact you using the details you provide.
A Certified Scoring Analyst connected to your assessment may also contact you about your score. You can ask that professional to stop. You may also contact us or email support@financialscoring.ai, and we will take reasonable steps to pass the request to the appropriate professional.
Marketing emails from Financial Scoring include an unsubscribe option. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop service or transactional messages that are necessary to operate an account or respond to a request.
If you reach the assessment from an advertisement, we may tell the advertising platform that the visit converted. Where an email address or phone number is used for matching, it should be converted into an irreversible cryptographic hash before transmission. Financial Scoring does not send Simple Score Tool answers, score details, or plain-text contact information to advertising platforms for this measurement.
We may use analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site and Simple Score Tool.
We may enable a session-recording tool such as Microsoft Clarity on the assessment. When enabled, the tool may record mouse movement, clicks, scrolling, and the general shape of a visit so the experience can be improved.
Text typed into contact fields, including name, email address, phone number, and ZIP code, should be masked from session recordings. A recording may capture which non-text options were selected during the assessment. You can use browser privacy or tracker-blocking settings to limit many analytics tools without preventing the assessment itself from working.
The Simple Score Tool does not require advertising cookies to calculate a score. The site uses Google Analytics, and the site and other analytics services may use cookies or similar technologies to recognize a returning browser, preserve a session, measure site use, remember settings, or support security.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some functional cookies may affect login, saved progress, or other platform features.
Simple Score Tool information is currently kept for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service and connect you with a Scoring Analyst if requested, unless you ask for deletion sooner or a longer period is required or permitted by law.
Professional account, transaction, support, compliance, and business records may be retained for the period reasonably needed to provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal obligations, and protect the platform.
Financial Scoring uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No system or method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Do not send Social Security numbers, account numbers, payment-card details, medical records, or other highly sensitive information through public contact or support forms.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to information about you, correct it, delete it, obtain a copy, or limit certain uses. Financial Scoring will honor valid access, correction, and deletion requests as described in this notice, regardless of where the requester lives, subject to lawful exceptions.
You can:
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Do not send identity documents through an ordinary website form unless we provide a secure method.
The site, Simple Score Tool, and professional platform are intended for adults. Financial Scoring does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child submitted information, contact support@financialscoring.ai and we will review and delete the record as appropriate.
A Certified Scoring Analyst who receives your information has their own privacy notices and legal duties. Financial Scoring does not control every independent professional's practices.
The site may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, not this one.
We may update this Privacy Notice as the site, platform, or law changes. We will post the revised notice and update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how previously collected information is used, we will provide any additional notice required by law.
