Promotional platform credit · Financial Scoring LLC

These LEAD Cash Program Terms (these “Program Terms”) are given by Financial Scoring LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Provider”), to the Customer that holds a LEAD Cash wallet. They are incorporated into the Subscriber Agreement by the Incorporated terms paragraph of Section 14 of it, and into the Agency Master Agreement where the wallet is an Agency's. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given to them in the Subscriber Agreement.

1. WHAT LEAD CASH IS, AND IS NOT

1.1 LEAD Cash is a promotional credit that Provider issues to a wallet and that may be applied, in whole or in part, to the price of a record purchased in the Lead Store under the Lead Purchase Terms. It has no other use.

1.2 LEAD Cash is not money. It has no cash value, is not a deposit, a stored-value account, a gift certificate or a prepaid card, is not redeemable for cash or for any refund, and earns no interest. It is not transferable between wallets except as Clause 4 provides for an Agency's allocations, and it may not be sold, assigned, pledged or exchanged.

1.3 LEAD Cash is issued at Provider's discretion as a promotional benefit of a subscription. It is not a term of the subscription price, and nothing in these Program Terms obliges Provider to issue credit after the Program ends under Clause 7.

1.4 A Customer who holds an account at no charge earns no LEAD Cash under Clause 2, may not be allocated LEAD Cash by an Agency, and may hold and spend only credit issued to them under Clause 2.4 or earned under the Referral Program Terms while they held a paid subscription or Seat, until it expires or is forfeited.

2. HOW LEAD CASH IS EARNED

2.1 Subscription match. When a subscription invoice is paid in full for a full billing period, Provider credits the payer's wallet with LEAD Cash equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the amount paid, exclusive of taxes, for that period (the “Match”). An invoice for part of a period — including the proration lines of a plan change made mid-period — earns a Match on the amount it charges, but no block bonus and no annual uplift.

2.2 Agency block bonus. Where the payer is an Agency on a seat plan, Provider credits, in addition to the Match, a monthly bonus for each Seat in the Agency's block at the rate for that block in the Block Bonus Schedule below. The bonus is credited with and on the same terms as the Match for that invoice.

Block Bonus Schedule (bonus per Seat per month, by block of Seats):

  • 5 Seats: $30
  • 10 Seats: $35
  • 15 Seats: $38
  • 25 Seats: $40
  • 35 Seats: $42
  • 50 Seats: $45

2.3 Annual plans. Where an Agency on a seat plan pays annually, the Match and bonus are calculated as if the Agency had paid ten monthly periods and are credited for twelve (“twelve months of LEAD Cash for ten months' price”): one quarter of the annual total is credited when the invoice is paid and the balance in nine equal monthly releases on the following monthly anniversaries. Where an individual Customer pays annually, the Match is the amount paid, credited one quarter when the invoice is paid and the balance in nine equal monthly releases.

2.4 Promotional and manual grants. Provider may issue LEAD Cash as a promotion, as a certification or training reward, as a launch grant in respect of a payment made before these Program Terms took effect, or by a staff grant, on the terms stated when it is issued. Such a grant carries the expiry stated at issue and is otherwise subject to these Program Terms.

2.5 Referral credit. LEAD Cash earned under the Referral Program Terms is issued to the referrer's personal wallet and is governed by those Terms and by these Program Terms.

2.6 When credit is available. Credit is available when the invoice that earned it has settled and the release date (for an annual release) has arrived. A payment that is reversed before the credit is issued earns nothing.

3. EXPIRY

3.1 Each grant of LEAD Cash expires on the date stated against it in the wallet, which is calculated from the day it became available: for a Match on a monthly invoice, thirty days; for each credit on an annual invoice, including each monthly release, ninety days from the day that release became available; for a promotional grant, thirty days unless the promotion states otherwise; for a staff grant, the date stated at issue.

3.2 Credit is applied oldest-expiring first. Expired credit is removed from the wallet and is not restored.

3.3 Provider will send a reminder to the account email before credit expires. A reminder that is not received does not extend the expiry.

4. AGENCY WALLETS AND ALLOCATIONS

4.1 LEAD Cash earned on an Agency's subscription is credited to the Agency's wallet. The Agency may allocate spending authority over its balance to its Authorized Users through the Agency's settings, and may reduce or withdraw an allocation that has not been spent. An allocation is authority to spend from the Agency's wallet; it is not a transfer of credit, and it is limited by the Agency's balance at the time of purchase.

4.2 Where an Authorized User leaves the Agency, their unspent allocation returns to the Agency's wallet. Where an Agency has paid a Seat's subscription, credit earned by that person under the Referral Program Terms is held in that person's personal wallet and is forfeited under Clause 5.1 when they cease to hold the Seat.

5. FORFEITURE, REFUNDS AND REVERSAL

5.1 Subscription ends. All LEAD Cash in a wallet, including credit not yet released, is forfeited when the subscription that earned it ends — on cancellation taking effect, on termination, or on the subscription being ended for non-payment. Credit remains spendable until the end of the period already paid for. A request to cancel that takes effect at the end of the period does not, by itself, forfeit anything.

5.2 Refund or chargeback. Where a payment that earned credit is refunded, disputed or charged back, in whole or in part, the unspent part of the credit earned on that payment is frozen and reversed. Credit already spent on a completed purchase is not clawed back, and the purchase stands under the Lead Purchase Terms.

5.3 Credit returned on a failed purchase. Where a purchase paid with LEAD Cash does not complete, the credit is returned to the wallet with its original expiry.

5.4 No refund of credit. Because LEAD Cash has no cash value, a purchase paid in whole or in part with LEAD Cash is subject to the no-refund rule of the Lead Purchase Terms as to the credit exactly as to the card.

6. CHANGES TO THE PROGRAM

6.1 Locked at payment. The Match rate, the block bonus and the annual rule that apply to a payment are those in force under the program version current when that payment is made, and credit issued under them is never reduced after it has been issued.

6.2 Prospective changes. Provider may change the Match rate, the Block Bonus Schedule, the annual rule, the expiry periods or any other term of the Program on not less than thirty days' notice to the account email. A change applies only to payments made on or after the date it takes effect, and is published as a new program version with its own identifier.

6.3 Settings within a version. A change to an expiry period is made only by a new program version.

7. ENDING THE PROGRAM

7.1 Provider may end the Program, or close it to new credit, on not less than thirty days' notice. Credit issued before the end date remains spendable until it expires or is forfeited under Clause 5. No compensation is payable for credit that expires after the Program ends.

8. MISUSE

8.1 Provider may freeze a wallet, reverse credit and decline further credit where it reasonably believes credit was earned through fraud, a payment later found to be unauthorized, a breach of Section 15 of the Subscriber Agreement, or circumvention of these Program Terms, and may apply the suspension and termination provisions of the Subscriber Agreement.

9. RECORDS AND VERSIONS

9.1 Each grant of LEAD Cash records the program version under which it was issued, the invoice or event that earned it, the amount, the date available and the date it expires. The wallet shows each grant and its expiry, and Provider will make a copy of the record available to the Customer on request.

9.2 A version of these Program Terms that has been published is preserved unaltered with its identifier. A change creates a new identifier; a published version is never edited in place.

10. TAX

10.1 LEAD Cash is a promotional discount on future purchases and is not income paid to the Customer. The Customer is responsible for its own tax treatment of any benefit received.

11. EFFECTIVE DATE

11.1 These Program Terms take effect on November 1, 2026 as program version lcp-2026-11-a1 and apply to credit issued on or after that date. Credit issued under an earlier version keeps the terms of that version.
